Our DEI Consultant Sunna is a MSSc. graduate with a major in International Relations and Affairs. She has worked with DEI topics as a member of the board of directors and a member of a communication team in a DEI non-profit organization.
Before joining deidei, Sunna worked at the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. She’s interested in building inclusive organisations by observing DEI at the junction where society, people and working life collide.
At deidei, she has worked with e.g. Espoon kaupunki, Yle, Plan International, Abo Wind, Doctors Without Borders, Amnesty International, Solidaarisuus, Puistokatu4 and Yle.
