Salka

Salka is deidei’s Lead Neuroinclusion Consultant, specialising in neurodiversity, leadership and organizational transformation. She helps organizations move beyond awareness by embedding neuroinclusive practices into leadership, recruitment, people processes and everyday ways of working.

Salka previously founded and led Neuroinclusion Services at Unicus Auticon Finland, where she delivered organization-wide training, coaching and leadership development. Her work is informed by her Master’s research on neurodiversity at the University of Amsterdam, and she co-created the CPD-accredited Neuropositive Ambassador and Neuroaware Manager programmes. Her clients have included Varma and Gofore.
