Salka is a recognized DEIB, HR, and People & Culture professional specializing in neuroinclusion and organizational transformation. As the founder and director of Unicus Auticon’s Neuroinclusion Services in Finland, she has led large-scale training, coaching, and leadership development initiatives that build inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures. She has supported organizations such as Varma and Gofore in cultural transformation and maturity assessments.
Her pioneering Master’s research on neurodiversity at the University of Amsterdam continues to shape global DEIB strategies. As co-creator of the CPD-accredited Neuropositive Ambassador and Neuroaware Manager programmes, her work has earned recognition, including Most Influential Company of the Year.
