Our Partner and Consultant Priyanka works closely with organizations to kick-start and advance their inclusion development and broader organizational development. She supports organizations through surveys and analysis, strategy development, learning and development, facilitation, and advisory consulting.

She brings a strong background from the tech industry, where she worked in HR and people operations. For over seven years, Priyanka has been actively working in the inclusion field and has supported hundreds of organizations and leaders in building more inclusive workplaces.

At deidei, her clients have included, among others, Rovio, Academic Work, Lunar, Helsinki Partners, Sitowise, Columbia Road, Ubisoft RedLynx, and the Finnish Scouts.
 

Currently, Priyanka works as Rovio’s extended DEI Lead, supporting the company’s inclusion work on a global scale.
