Knowit is a Nordic consultancy operating at the intersection of digitalization, sustainability, and innovation. As part of their GROW Program for consultants, Knowit wanted to strengthen the DE&I ambassador component of the program and ensure participants were equipped with practical, real-world skills.


The GROW Program had already been established internally. This time, Knowit brought in deidei to provide an external perspective and deepen the ambassadorship element. The goal was clear: to clarify the role and responsibilities of DE&I ambassadors and provide concrete tools for building inclusion in everyday work.


In November 2025, deidei co-created and delivered a tailored workshop for Knowit Group as part of their GROW Program for 17 consultants. The ambassadors were early-career consultants selected through an application-based career development program, positioning them as future leaders and culture carriers within the organization.

The workshop focused on understanding what DE&I ambassadorship requires in practice and translating inclusion into daily behaviors. Participants explored the dimensions of the ambassador role and worked with practical tools designed for immediate use in team environments and project work.


The session introduced structured reflection and problem-solving methods, tools for designing more inclusive team dynamics, and practical approaches to making meetings more inclusive and psychologically safe. The emphasis was on application rather than theory, ensuring participants left with concrete methods they could immediately implement.

As the sixth iteration of the program, GROW is part of a broader set of initiatives that have strengthened Knowit’s focus on DE&I as part of our brand and culture. We are already seeing strong interest in participants across the organization, and some have initiated local efforts, shared learnings, and facilitated workshops to foster more inclusive environments. We are confident they will continue to drive change. Dahlqvist sums up.
