Scaling Neuroinclusion Skills Across Teams & Leadership at Framery

Learning and Development

Framery

Framery is an industry pioneer and global leader in engineering and manufacturing soundproof pods, services, and solutions that enable people at work to focus on what really matters and get things done. Framery is a necessity for a successful workday for millions of knowledge workers around the globe in many of the world’s leading companies, including Nvidia, Puma, and Microsoft. In fact, around 70% of all Forbes Top 100 companies use Framery’s  products.

We had already worked with deidei in 2023, so we knew the team and the way they work. When comparing partners for this collaboration, we were genuinely impressed by deidei’s professionalism and craft — they really convinced us they could deliver this in front of any audience and make it land. With a topic like neuroinclusion, there's real peace of mind in knowing that with deidei, the quality will simply be there.  Anni Hallila, Head of People & Culture, Framery

Framery wanted to take a proactive and practical approach to neuroinclusion: not as a one-off awareness initiative, but as a capability that is embedded into how People & Culture works and how team leaders lead in everyday situations. The goal was to move beyond awareness and create the shared understanding, language and tools that make neuroinclusion something that is actually practiced, not just talked about.

To support this ambition, Framery partnered with deidei across two connected phases: first building the foundation within the People & Culture team, and then scaling the work to all team leads in Finland and abroad.

Working with deidei is smooth and genuinely fun. We really value how much ownership they take of the whole process. They’re invested in making the collaboration truly succeed, not just ticking off what was agreed. At Framery we move fast and things change quickly, and deidei doesn't get rattled by that – they adapt and keep delivering high quality. Flexibility and a real understanding of the client are where they shine. Milla Hokkila, People & Culture Project Lead, Framery

Phase 1: Tailored learning programme for the People & Culture team

The first phase focused on equipping Framery's People & Culture team with deeper neuroinclusion expertise, so they could embed it into selected processes and ways of working, and better support HR business partners and the wider organization.

During this phase, we:

  • Conducted a maturity assessment of Framery's people & culture team’s starting point, identifying needs, learning goals, and the most relevant focus areas for the P&C team.

  • Designed and delivered a tailored 3-workshop series that built progressively from foundational understanding to applied frameworks for embedding neuroinclusion into P&C processes.

  • Measured outcomes after each session and across the full programme, tracking growth in understanding, ability to explain neurodiversity, confidence, and applied capability.

  • Facilitated workshop exercises where the P&C team mapped existing tools and practices that already support neuroinclusion, identified barriers, and built concrete actions for recruitment and HRBP work.

Results from the P&C learning programme

💎 100% of participants said the programme deepened their understanding of neuroinclusion: a clear shift from the starting survey, where the highest level of understanding sat at 7.7%.

💎 90% knew how to embed neuroinclusion into selected P&C processes and practices in 2026, and gained a clear framework for designing and deciding reasonable accommodations.

💎 NPS +78 for the final session of the series.

Phase 2: Neurofriendly Team Leader programme combining eLearning and tailored workshops

Building on the foundation laid with People & Culture, Framery wanted to scale neuroinclusion capability to everyone leading people. The second phase reached team leads at Framery across Framery’s locations.

During this phase, we:

  • Conducted a maturity assessment to understand the team leads' starting point, including their existing understanding, confidence and leadership capability around neurodiversity.

  • Provided deidei's Neurodiversity at Work eLearning course: a 30-minute practical and interactive baseline that ensured every participant arrived at the live session with a shared foundation.

  • Designed and delivered a tailored Neurofriendly Team Leader workshop series for managers in Finland and abroad, focused on Framery's leadership wheel, neuroinclusive team leader strengths, and practical tools for everyday neuroleadership.

  • Built capability in the leadership situations that matter most: communicating change, giving instructions, providing feedback, and running meetings in ways that work for different brains.

Results from the neurofriendly team leader programme

💎 100% of participants agreed they gained practical ways to support neuroinclusion through their everyday leadership, and that the training met or exceeded their expectations.

💎 81% said that participating in these trainings increased their engagement towards Framery.

💎 NPS +100 : every respondent rated the training a 9 or 10 out of 10.

After the collaboration, we have a shared baseline across the organisation. Team leaders and HR business partners now have the same knowledge and language on neuroinclusion, which has visibly raised the quality and confidence of how they work together day to day. The “Neurodiversity at Work” eLearning has been a particularly valuable outcome: it's something concrete that stays with us, and it scales through our team leader onboarding. Every new team leader joining Framery now starts from the same baseline without us having to rebuild that foundation each time. Milla Hokkila, People & Culture Project Lead, Framery

From core skills to embedded practice

Many organisations stop at neuroinclusion knowledge building. Framery has gone further: building shared understanding within People & Culture, equipping team leads with practical neuroleadership skills, and turning insights into more concrete actions that e.g. embed neuroinclusion into recruitment, HRBP work and everyday team leadership. The work continues, and the foundation is now in place for long-term cultural change.

The biggest broader shift after this collaboration is that we're collectively more 'neuroready' – better equipped to shape our processes and ways of working with neuroinclusion built in. For us, this work is truly about everyday leadership and the HR work our business partners do alongside team leaders. We now have the knowledge and concrete tools to bring into that day-to-day collaboration, both to solve existing challenges and to think proactively about how we want to work, and the work continues from here.
