Meet a new deidreamer: Salka Salkoharju

Salka (she/her) is a DEIB, HR, and People and Culture professional with deep expertise in neuroinclusion and organizational transformation. Her expertise lies in helping organizations build inclusive, high performing environments where different ways of thinking are understood, supported, and valued.

Before joining deidei, Salka led HR and neuroinclusion services at Unicus Auticon, where she built and scaled a new business area from the ground up. She developed and delivered neuroinclusion programs, led strategic B2B collaborations, and co-created tailored service solutions that contributed to the organization becoming a nationally recognized leader in neuroinclusion in Finland.

At deidei, Salka works as Lead Neuroinclusion Consultant and leads NeuroReady, a practical service package that helps organizations embed neuroinclusive ways of working into everyday work and leadership through learning and development, leadership support, and long-term organizational development.

Salka particularly enjoys:

  • Building practical neuroinclusive structures that support everyday work and leadership

  • Working closely with clients on long-term cultural and organizational development

  • Creating psychologically safe environments where people and teams can thrive

  • Being endlessly curious about people and the world, asking questions, learning, and developing

  • Matcha, dogs, baking, and early nights when possible

Welcome to the team, Salka!
