SKOL launches industry-wide DEI development
In the fall of 2024, SKOL, the industry and employers' organization for independent consulting firms launched a major industry-wide DEI development project. SKOL contacted deidei as they wanted to take an ambitious, data-driven, and strategic approach to the work right from the start.
The project had three main steps:
