Jasmin Assulin is deidei’s CEO and Founding Partner. She specialises in turning strategy into practice, helping organizations develop their leadership, capabilities, ways of working and communications through periods of change and beyond.
Jasmin has led local and global development work across more than 100 organizations, including Reaktor, Oatly, Rovio, Metacore, the City of Helsinki, Me-säätiö/We Foundation, Inderes, Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Lunar, Supercell, and Four Reasons.
She brings strategic insight, practical business understanding and strong facilitation skills to complex client challenges. Her work is known for clarity, structure, efficiency and high-quality delivery.
