Our Founding Partner Iina is an experienced DEI & communications consultant who specializes in DEI Strategy and inclusive communications. She is at her best in bringing clarity and focus to how DEI is strategically connected and relevant in each organization.
Previously, Iina has worked at Inklusiiv as Head of Comms & Marketing and D&I Specialist, and at Ellun Kanat as a Communications Consultant.
