Heidi Pech is a Senior Consultant at deidei, specialising in leadership, organizational culture and global inclusion development. She helps organizations translate strategy into practical leadership practices, people processes and ways of working.
Heidi brings 20 years of experience from HR roles in Finland and internationally including her previous position as Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Futurice. Her in-house experience gives her a strong understanding of what it takes to build and implement change within an organization, and how to translate that into practical action.
