Heidi

Heidi Pech is a DEI advisor and speaker, and she works with deidei as a senior consultant.  She brings extensive experience of building and executing in-house DEI strategy and operations from her previous role of Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Futurice.
 

Heidi has worked as a consultant in client projects across fields such as public sector, media, banking and technology. Her 20-year career in various HR roles in Finland and abroad gives her a solid business understanding on which she builds her inclusion approach and knowhow supported by expertise across areas such as employer branding, talent acquisition, learning & development, leadership development, organisational culture, and employee experience.
