In the fall of 2024, SKOL, the industry and employers' organization for independent consulting firms launched a major industry-wide DEI development project. SKOL contacted deidei as they wanted to take an ambitious, data-driven, and strategic approach to the work right from the start.​

The project had three main steps:

1. Operating Environment Analysis

2. DEI Maturity Survey for the member companies

3. DEI Strategy for 2025-2030
