Our DEI Consultant Nelli has multifaceted expertise in all matters diversity, equity, and inclusion. They thrive when they get to work directly with organizations to kick-start and accelerate their DEI journeys.
Nelli joined deidei after conducting PhD research on antiracist allyship at the University of Helsinki. In the past, Nelli has worked as a gender equality and non-discrimination expert for Seta ry (LGBTQI Finland) and the City of Espoo.
At deidei, they have helped e.g. Betolar, Plan International, Papukaya, Rovio and Espoo City on their DEI journeys.
Nelli is currently on a parental leave.
