Collaborative Project to Begin Inclusion Development

Inderes was founded to break down the exclusive structures of the finance industry and make investor information accessible to everyone. To begin their inclusion development, Inderes contacted deidei to get external expertise to build company-wide clarity about the role of DEI in the company’s core business and culture.

Inderes-specific Approach to DEI

deidei guided Inderes in defining their strategic approach to DEI through a sprint project that included a survey, a workshop, and collaborative design work led by deidei. The final deliverable, the DEI Approach, ties DEI into the industry, culture, and strategy of Inderes, defining long- and short-term objectives, prioritization, and a high-level timeline for DEI development.
