deidei is a Helsinki-based DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) consulting agency helping organizations kick-off and accelerate their DEI and inclusive communication transformation journeys. Operating at the intersection of business and society, deidei exists because we want to both see and be the change for a more diverse, equitable and inclusive working life.

 

We’re now looking for a DEI Consultant who has an ability to acquire, manage and grow deidei’s accounts. 

 

Ideally you have:

  • 1+ years of DEI consulting experience and references of DEI consulting work

  • 1+ years of account management experience

  • 2+ years of project management, consulting and sales experience 

  • Experience of facilitating trainings & workshops and creating training and workshop material

  • Great presentation and communication skills

  • Experience of working with executives or leadership level stakeholders

  • Understanding about business, strategy & strategy creation

  • Intersectional understanding of DEI 

  • Ability and willingness to learn, challenge and mitigate your own individual biases 

  • Strong command of English 

 

Your responsibilities, daily work and journey: 

In this position you will be responsible for providing DEI consulting and training to clients and managing customer accounts – you can read more about our past projects here. We want you to be the kind of person who is committed to take deidei forward as a company together with the team.

In your daily work, you will meet with our clients to uncover their organizational DEI needs and challenges. You will use your DEI and consulting skills to assess their situation, discover the right solutions and then turn that into action. You will support our clients on their DEI transformation and development journeys.

 

In six months, you will be leading customer accounts, and actively participating in developing our client relations.
 

In one to two years, if you have demonstrated a commitment to bring deidei forward as a company together with the team, you may choose to get involved in leading deidei as our Partner.

  • The salary range for this role is 2,700-3,300€ per month depending on the level of experience and we also offer a possibility for equity and an opportunity to become a Partner in 1-2 years. The salary will be reviewed after the trial period (6months). We are transparent about everyone's salaries internally in our company, and we understand this is not the highest starting point for a consultant. We are self-funded, and we are only 14 months old. However, we are fully committed to raise every team member's salaries as soon as we get more solidly established. We review our situation every half a year.
